Hydraulic Fruit Press

Here's a photo of a hydraulic fruit press adapter that I made to attach to my old engine stand. I, also, made the pressing basket to hold the chokecherry mash bag when I extract the juice for syrup. The engine stand, also, provides a base for my plasma cutter, and pantograph, based on Rotten Leonard's design, downloaded from his site. My shop is way too small for all of my projects, so I've been forced to think of methods to save space by multiple-use tools and fixtures.
