I'm guessing, but those Z offset rotating shafts, with their spacing, probably have gears along each side, with a reversing idler between each one. Lot's of components, and something jambs, I can see that sychronizing gear set, or maybe a roller chain circulating off a hydraulic motor jambing. Might be a minor repair, but many fasteners and sealed surfaces. The side shot is too short and poorly lit, to see a fastener count and why the large bolt heads?.
There must be a over torque safety, or this thing would "shell" itself, and they don't show the operator getting out to clear that trapezoidal rock stuck good, and a sledge hammer is used to gingerly remove it without bending those long expensive to make Z shafts. Lot's of precision drilling between the three support members, and the high shock quality bearing count...
Probably an experimental design, and one off. I would be proud of the results. Until it cannibalizes itself.

If the bucket is robust and dependable enough to move 1000s of yards of material in a day for an entire mining season. Gold miners would love this for prequalifying pay reducing the need to for grizzly bars at the feed hopper.
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
