    In time honored tradition, management decided to run the turbine even though the technical people knew better and had reported problems.
    Manager: "But this is an emergency!"
    Technician: "Hold my vodka, you ain't seen nothing yet."

    That answers my question. The video clearly said, "At 8:13 am, a loud Big Bang rang out in the turbine hall." Fascinating how often such a complex series of events, and bad decisions leads to such major disasters.
