I am a newcomer

Hi like minded folks,
I am a retired tool & die maker with a fairly well equipped toy box (machine shop).
I now do a lot of tinkering. Build an occasional model engine, do a little gun smithing,
and build occasional piece of shop equipment or tool.
I live with my lovely wife of 50 years in the middle of 82 acres mountain land located
in the central Pennsylvania area.
My interests are of course the machine shop, camping, kyaking, caving, enjoying our
mountain home and most of all enjoying our 8 year retirement. Fortunately, the good lord
has blessed us with good health so fare.
