I really must consider moving into the current century.
Don't do it. Klotz's theorem says "the quality of life decreases monotonically" and, from what I've seen so far this century, the slope is getting steeper and steeper.
Jon,
I note that the vast majority of the AI suggested names use my own name in one form or another. I am unsure whether that is a good or bad thing. My initial thoughts were to find a name that did not include mine. To include all or parts of my name seems to be a bit pushy and arrogant. "Look at me, I'm Name1 Name2" that is not really my style. On the other hand, not using a real name seems like one is hiding behind a wall and maybe not to be trusted.
In 1971 I moved from Australia, where I grew up and had interesting engineering/science based jobs, to England where I was unable to find what I regarded as a suitable job. So out of frustration in 1973 I followed my passion and started a business making racing motorcycles and I faced the naming dilemma then also, but perhaps of more significance than a mere Youtube name. Back then I opted for using my own name thinking that not hiding behind a made up name would create more trust in potential clients. As time went on and I developed a small reputation my work moved away from fabrication to consulting. I then changed my business name to MotoChassis because it was descriptive and seemed more professional and better suited to a consulting business. Although I did use my name as a sub-title to provide continuity.
If you decide that you prefer to not use your given names, perhaps something like "Tooling Along". "Tooling" suggests tools and the making thereof and "Tooling Along", at least here in the states, carries the connotation of motoring at a more than modest rate, much as what one might do on a motorcycle.
Of course, suggestive names have the problem of being potentially misunderstood in some other cultures. The importance of such a problem depends on the target audience.
A list of what you want the name to suggest would be helpful.
Marv, I think that you are much better at this task than I am. I know which names appeal to me but I do not have the right type of imagination to create them. So far all three of your suggestions are on the short list.
As to what the name should suggest - home made tools, machining, a bit of physics, some electronics and programming. The ultimate aim is to help people find the channel through general searches on the usual search engines. This has come to the fore very recently. I was approached with a semi-sponsorship collaboration deal whereby in exchange for tools and machine parts I make mentions in project videos. As I often make videos of projects it will not be much of a burden. As the collaboration is proposed to be ongoing rather than being a one off deal I feel an obligation to put some but limited effort into creating more viewers. A name change seemed like a first step to be more search engine friendly. I have never put much effort into promoting the channel previously, I started it because some people asked me to and I pretty much left it to grow or not on its own.

That's quite a bit to compress into a single name. A name needs to be short; two word limit in my view. Perhaps try to choose two that contrast a bit to grab attention. Here are some examples of what I'm on about...

I always liked Disney's "imagineers", which followed, sort of, my idea of juxtaposed contrasts. Perhaps "thinkineering" to combine the idea of theoretical "thinking" with the practicality of "engineering".
While a short name is essential for easy reference, you can always have a more explanatory phrase below it on the title page. An example...
