Interesting experimental build
Who da thought. Way outside the box
Very cool build. It's like the Duke engine (and torpedo engines before it), except 1/1000th the cost. I'm curious about how well the PTFE coating on the pistons held up.

Brilliant idea and ingenious construction. Obviously the head won't hold for long but let us know about the pistons/
This project gets the mental juices flowing.
Makes me wish I did not have some many other projects in the fire. How do you get enough free time to explore things like that!!!!
That is pretty cool. I would assume more friction with a swashplate than just perpendicular bearings on a crankshaft, but that's how helicopter blades are adjusted. If designed from the ground up, would make a pretty compact engine. BUT, dude, please buy at least a cheap drill press vise!
