    Ignorance admitted

I apologize for taking important space up for such a ignorant question but it has nagged me for some time so I decided it best to reveal my iq instead of going on not knowing the answer to this question. What the heck is a “DRO”? I have tried googling it, looking up meaning and still not real sure. I assume it might mean different things to different folks. I don’t know. Would someone please just give me a simple English translation of what it means. I will rest better for knowing.
    Thank you,
    zetuskid

Admittedly, it's hard to stay on top of all the acronyms now in use. Fortunately, there is an online dictionary of acronyms; you can find it here...

    https://www.acronymfinder.com/

I have a theory, as yet unproved, that every permutation of three letters already has a meaning as an acronym. This is driven by the human primordial urge to construct ever more clever acronyms. After all if you worked in the quality control department of Qantas airlines, wouldn't you be driven to give QQQ a meaning?
