I'm pretty sure he made that lathe himself. He has a YouTube channel and shows bits of making it. This man is not short on abilities and skills.

this channel is to my friend also brazilian and namesake Celso Mascarenhas. He is a very skilled person. He built his entire workshop with his own designs, foundry, lathe, milling machine, drill sharpener and others all with recicled material. He is an incredible person, I recommend visiting his channel

I have watched every video he has made as he released them. So that is at least 5 years now. I agree very much with your words.
