Does he have to go in the attic to feed and do maintenance? That would get old fast.

Haha I thought it was a landing in a stairwell…so just pull up the flooring and the subfloor and then you can do maintenance…or feeding. I think I would just install a screen in the ceiling if I wanted that effect.
