I'm a auto tech for over 25 years and hav e great interest in woodworking my grandfather use to make the most amazing projects from wood and now I'm just starting to dive deep into woodwork still greenhorn at it and learning new things everyday always open to suggestions

So what sort of woodworking projects are you looking to build first?

I want to build a coffee table. I've seen a few on Pinterest that I like but I'm still not sure which one I want to build, also I'm still in the process of putting my wood shop together (I.e. My basement ) so I need to build a miter saw stand first which I have plans from a blog I found that will work in my small area. But like I said I would love any input about a coffee table. Thank you

Welcome to the forums, tmsbmx. :welcome: I don't commonly see a woodworking auto tech, so would be interested in the woodworking stuff you come up with.

After a long journey of repairing cars and trucks my passion has changed i want to just soak myself into woodworking it's what makes me happy i'm getting out of the auto biz and want to start into the wood biz....tired of exhaust fumes but love the smell of wood being cut sanded etc......
