I have one and use it regularly despite having a variety of other powered saws - jig, circular and band. Blade changing is really a three second operation. The overarm is removable to make it an infinite throat saw. At roughly 1.5 x 1.5 ft it doesn't take up much bence space and can be lifted into place with one hand.
