Hi I'm David from Melbourne Australia and I enjoy DIY projects like auto repairs woodworking and hobby welding, anything I can do myself. I'm currently looking into making a plastic shredder for recycling so would be interested if anyone has any ideas.

I'm keen to build one but would be interested in alternatives. I am playing around recycling some HDPE plastic. I've managed by cutting into small parts with a band saw which is time consuming. My wife's Thermomix did a great job, but her lack of being impressed has limited it's functional use and buying a second would be a bit expensive.
