Make simple tools at times to do jobs, not as fancy as some i have seen. Mostly "necessity is the mother of invention" types of builds, mostly to work on cars. Like to make things-common tools i may use include:
[*]angle grinder for cutting steel[*]hack saws for cutting steel, [*]hand files for trimming up items [*]drill and Dremel to create a pseudo lathe setup for small parts[*]acetylene torch to do brazing [*]mig welder to weld up brackets, assemblies etc... [*]various hand made spacers blocks and pieces for helping assemble pieces ith clamps, etc.]
