Introduction
Mechanical engineer by training, enjoy working with the tools more . Reside in Upper state ny, winter, well maybe not this one, is when I get all my indoor projects done. Building a jig for sharpening circular saw blades and I am looking for a design (simple) to pirate, of an I ndexer. I want to move a horizontally mounted blade exactly one tooth at a time and think some sort of indexer would be the ticket.
Thank you, looks like a great source of experience here, happy holidays!

Hi Joe - :welcome:
I saw your indexing jig thread. What kind of other stuff are you working on?

Sharpening circular carbide blades. Diamond blade is in the table saw, blade to be sharpened is mounted horizontally on a sliding top, move it in and out from the diamond blade. Once one tooth is ground, want to be able to rotate blade exactly one tooth, then, slide in, slide out, etc
