Also it's going to be hilarious when some little bastard throws a shopping cart or garbage can under the cab when it's extended, and the rent-a-cop can't get back down.

Looks like the kind of gimmick gadget that could be easily tippet over – once you get the center of gravity that high, while driving, and making a tight turn.
