Was it the Bay Bridge where after building it they found out the bolts were ALL bad and had to be replaced?

When I have to paint I use KBS products
Is that some kind of Laurel and Hardy spoof? I mean really — take a closer look at it.
One would think that bolts would be placed through all of the holes prior to beginning the tightening sequence. But we don't know if they are running up the nuts or backing them off so they can align the matting plates to the bottomOriginally Posted by Scotsman Hosie
