    They look like Jag D-types on the roof. I'm more curious about the car on the ground. It looks like a Volvo P1800ES, but it's not. Hood emblem looks like a BMW. European car experts please chime in!

    I think somebody has buggered up the description of the photo somewhere along the line, far too many fat fingers using a keyboard and it's been through the washing machine once or twice, eh.

    Possibly the name for the photo should read ---- "Jaguar XJS Shooting Brake and Race Car Transporter"

    Ha! before writing the above I told the Mrs. it looked a lot like a Jag XJS, but I'd never seen the wagon version... in the States we'd call it a Jaguar "Nomad."
