I don't know if that is it, but a guy named Les Shockley had one of those 15-20 years ago. He named it Shockwave, and showed and demonstrated it at local air shows.

I'd like to rent that then back it up to about 50 ft from the main door to congress romp on the truck engine a few times to get their attention when they ran out to see what all the commotion was about. light up those 3 jet engines to full throttle, By the time anyone figured out what had happened I would have abandoned the truck 3 counties away
