Just an old newbie

Hello from NW Missouri.
Looking forward to learning lots of tips and tricks on this site from all of you folks out there. I am an avid tinkerer and always trying to find ways to keep from purchasing anything I feel I can make myself. As a young lad my father and mother taught my brothers and sisters and I to use our imagination to entertain ourselves and make do with what we had. We lived in a home where most luxuries were not affordable. Skills learned as children are very valuable assets in today's society. Thanks for reading and have a nice day.
