    I've witnessed dust accumulations like than in cement plants but your not going to knock it off with a single hammer blow. A jack hammer maybe.
    Regardless of what type of dust it is that guy is going to need a new pair of lungs
    Never try to tell me it can't be done
    When I have to paint I use KBS products
