Kouns-Craft dirigible helicopter - photo

The Kouns-Craft dirigible helicopter was a hybrid aircraft designed in 1939 by Chinese-American cook Young Ho Koun. During it's sole flight attempt in front of the media, the aircraft was damaged and it never flew.

Not really an aircraft, since it never flew. Perhaps, Ho Koun should have stayed in the kitchen.

Helicopter?

I do not see a rotor. Perhaps he left some of the parts off.
