Completely staged. Sticker was inverted on the cup, sticker was barely attached to the cup, tape was applied so gently it likely did not stick well to the sticker or the cup, heat was applied for 2 seconds and barely touched the tape which would have curled or reacted in some way. This method might work better than others but this video doesn't appear to demonstrate that.
