    That looks bad.

But I had to laugh...what does that guy on the ladder think he is going to do with that dinky little hose??

Why aren't they dragging that thing out of the building?

Too busy squirting water on it with that dinky hose!!!

But seriously, the boat is probably "on the hard" and not on a trailer. Instead it is cribbed up in place timbers or on big "jackstands"

This boat is on the hard.

I assumed that it was mounted. The lower half is kinda blocked from view, but it's sitting low enough to practically (or literally I suppose) resting on its keel, and the bow is closer to the wall (I'm assuming that it's not typically trailered stern-first). Even so unless it's bolted to the ground it could be dragged. It would probably fall over but it's already trash, so there's no point in being gentile. Best to save the building and other boats not presently undergoing rapid and uncontrolled oxidation.

I agree it would be best to get it out of the building. BUT there is no one place on that vessel strong enough to attach anything to just drag it out.

Even if they had equipment on hand, powerful enough to make that pull, by the time gather enough chain and enough people with the knowledge how to rig them for the pull the fire would be so intense no one could get close. It is not a situation where they can just hook up a chain and pull it out with just any old truck.

Sounds like an opportunity to change the way they handle large boats in those buildings just in case. It only takes one catastrophe to pay for all the upgrades to prevent another.

That’s gonna cost yachts and yachts of money!

In the world of the super wealthy a business jet, regardless of size and customization, is considered a “business tool.” What is considered the one and only “luxury item” is a yacht. There’s no business reason to own a yacht. (This was from a private conversation with someone who works for a super wealthy individual)
