That might not be a paint stripper. It looks more like it is a grease spreader - if you look toward the end of the video, there is dark material on the last two threads. Also, the guy is not holding the tool inline with the threads, but at an angle.

He is correct. Look at the last few seconds and you can see the grease on the steel rods.
