Hi,
Don't think I posted here when I first signed up. I'm a retired disabled Navy veteran 1972-1998. I served on submarines and surface ships. My interests and hobbies are many and intertwined with each other. I am into woodworking, forge and black smith, stained glass, antique gun building, fishing rod building, historical reenacting with the full range of skills required to survive, photography, scuba, fishing, hunting, kayak and canoe, remodeling, mechanics, electronics and tool collecting. Yet to acquire are skills in metal lathe work, finer points of wood lathe, Damascus steel forging, welding, and glass fusion.
You are never too old to learn a new skill, hobby or trade. I do all my design work in AutoCad. Another skill I picked up after service pursuing a degree in Environmental Earth Sciences.
