    Because they're stupid. Tramp stamps were cool until they weren't. Barbed wire around the biceps, same thing. I guess that woman got tired of the "lady of the evening" look. I really do believe that tattoo removal is going to be a very rewarding business. Probably already is.

    Reminds me of the Star-Bellied Sneeches in the Dr. Seuss story. I'd love to find a strip mall store and divide it down the middle and open a tattoo parlor on one side and a tattoo removal clinic on the other and collect money from them on both sides of the wall! You can only be fleeced if you allow it!
