    Yeah, the equivalent of fingers on a chalkboard. I have found if I need to, that the easy way to cover everything, is with HD aluminum foil... goes on quick and stays in place well and a roll lasts a long time. For the few times a year I need it I figure its less than a buck each time to keep them clean. Makes a great mask for a lot of things that are a pain in the butt to tape too if you do any painting, like car antennas, brake parts if doing wheel wells and tons of other hard to mask parts.
