Looks good Rick. Very easy solution to the problem.

I just bought a bunch of Lithium Titanate cells. It's a newer lithium chemistry that's nigh-invulnerable. It's going in my car (I used to have a supercapacitor in place of the lead acid battery). Lithium ion like to burst into flames and they have a limited lifespan, lithium iron phosphate are more resilient but still have problems, and lithium titanate will outlive us all. I'm excited to see how they perform. If you ever want to give rolling your own battery a try, maybe one of the newer chemistries could be something to look into. Even Tesla is moving away from lithium ion to lithium iron phosphate.
