A little about me.
Greetings from Evansville Indiana,
Wow! I always knew I wasn't the only improviser out there. This is cool, way cool.
I have been fixing and repairing, and often making the tools to get the job done, for decades. I'm not always successful, but for me it's a matter of principal to make the effort. And like they say, necessity is the mother of invention.
Glad to find this site.
Regards, tom

Hi Tom - welcome to HomemadeTools.net :welcome:
Agreed; it's more about effort than success! What's next up on the effort list?

I'm currently doing an engine swap in a 1996 Isuzu trooper, among other things.

I've got many irons in the fire, but top on the list is an engine swap in a 1996 Isuzu trooper.

Yes I have a 1973 fj, with 68k on the odometer, it requires some attention but is fairly bullet proof for the most part.
