    Nothing really new here. He needs to change his hyd. control to one that kicks out by itself when the cylinder is in return mode, it's way handier!.

    The windlass log crane arrangement is novel. I think I would secure the horizontal splitting wedge to prevent it lifting under load.

    They need a longer ram and figure out how to keep the wedge from lifting. It works but does need major refinements
