Looking for ideas.

I just joined because I enjoy and appreciate being able to make some of my own tools. With a friends help I
just finished making a wood copy carver. Actually my friend did the machine work and welding. I did most of the design work using examples I found on the internet. I will post pictures, soon. I am looking for ideas on how to build a metal polisher for some knife blade stampings I bought a while back. They are some very old Sabatier blanks and have quite a bit of scale and rust on them.
