Lurker

Hi Guys, well i've been a lurker for quite some while.

I am from Port Elizabeth ,South africa, A retired Engineer , unfortunately due to health issues , spinal degeneration, arthritis and more.

I have a keen interest in Machining , metal casting , old sportscars, old motorcycles , at present own a Buell XB9Sx and an NC30 Honda.

Have been long in the process of building a Lotus 7 clone , progress is slow , as i tell people , ihave good days and bad weeks.

Also have an interest in 3D printing and spent 22 years in electronic repairs and R&D.

My last few working years were in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of a German / French company, enjoyed every second but was high pressure all the time.

I'm unfortunately not one for pictures so have missed the opportunities to post bike builds and tools that i have done in the past. Strikes me though that i still need to finish my bead blasting cabinet and can probably add that.

Oh yeah , i dig cats! My avatar is "Nutty" Aka "Chicken" cos he is / was the youngest of my brood of 8.
