It's interesting how it looks like the skin of the glider near the lower front is buckling due to deflection of the formers of the fuselage due to the extreme loading from the weight of the tank coming out the front. Not that it matters much, as the glider was probably a one and done operation.
Pretty cool stuff, I saw in person a slightly smaller version of this glider... and they're not much more robust than Guillow's balsa wood & tissue airplanes that I built in my teenage years!

One and done or not I want to see the mother ship that towed that thing into the air
