Make administrator contact reliable, at least get a reply to emails!

I have tried three times now to ask the administrator why my new email is banned, without so much as an acknowledgement of receiving my query, let alone an answer. All I'm trying to do is update my email address and my existing email will expire as at Sept 9.
Why is it so hard to get anything like this done on this site?
