Depending on the power rating of your particular ATX PSU,
those seemingly safe 3.3, 5 and 12 volt rails can crank out some serious current.
Guess the PSU sticker tells you the max power that each and all rails could deliver, and/ or check link below.
Fuses aren't merely a powerful stimulant for the Upper Classes,
thus a 1 amp fuse would be pertinent (at least) to your AUX USB.
For instance: Hooking your aux USB power socket to a worn-out & shorted cell phone charger cable,
would draw some +18 Amps (100W - more than your soldering iron) before the internal current-limiting even kicks in.
