Making a Corner Radius Tool For a Lathe

This form tool was made from oil hardended rod. Since I'm using it on aluminum, it works fine without actually hardened it.

Perfect! Rick, harden that cutter and you may find it last far longer than you imagined. Beyond that you don’t have the bulk of a corner rounding endmill to deal with.
