What is the heater element used? How does it hold up given the abrasion under heat by the bottle?

My guesses? Amazon, or Ebay. It doesn't hold up under abrasion, it's really only good to gather views & set fire to random homes of people who try to reproduce things like this they saw on the internet.
My question is had the bottles been scored first? In one shot it looks like the bottles were scored

And why the resistors in the circuit, well I think they're resistors.
