At least the music is appropriate. Don't you know that would be the best ravioli you've ever had. Oh well, me anyway.

It's becoming a lost art too... Prepackaged, mediocre pasta is just about all most people really know today. I bet that ravioli is to die for! Reminds me of my friend's Greek great grandma that used to make baklava from scratch for a local Greek Orthodox church that still has a Greek festival every year. I remember going to the house where he lived with his "aunts", "uncle" and his Yaya. They had a dining room table that seated 12 or 14 people and the whole table and all the counters were covered with commercial pans full of fresh baklava and it is still today the best I have ever had. She hand rolled phyllo for days before they assembled everything. I remember walking in and the amazing aroma was unbelievable!
