Making Tight Bends with Heavy Gage Wire

I have discovered a nasty side effect of my wire bending tool. As I push down AND turn the top block, it stresses my right elbow. It only hurts when I lift in one specific way. Must give it time to heal. No more playing with the tool until I can figure out how to hold the top block down without having to push it down.

I can't kayak until that elbow heals!
