At first I thought this was AI until the video showed the CAD design in work, and then construction in work for this.
His family must be filthy rich to have the room and time to do something like this.
I'm fairly certain at least one of those cats (the featured gray & white one) is a Maine Coon cat.
Incredible work, it looks just like the subway systems I've seen in China/Japan/Korea. It would be interesting to know how big of an area it takes up and where it's located at.

Incredible detail and lots of time to build. Very nicely done. Must love his cats to spend so much money on them.
