I learned about potatoes from the girls I loved. The Colleen’s family peeled their spuds when they were cooked, my wife’s family sliced then mashed their potatoes with plenty of gravy.
Not so, most of the nutrients are in the body of the potato, most of it's fiber content is in the skin but not all of it's fiber.Quote:
