    I remember something similar 30 years ago when I was still painting vehicles. It washed off with water.

    That would be good for those who paint for a living. When I had houses with wooden windows, I would just scrape it off with a razor blade scraper.

    Sign shops used to use Grip Mask, which was a latex product. My long gone buddy used it when he painted my motorcycle years ago.
