I thought the same thing. There are over 500 types of oaks worldwide with over 90 in the US. After searching, they could be from Coast Live Oak, White Oak or Blue Oak. They look most like the Coast Live Oak to me. If we knew if the video was from the West Coast area we might be able to infer Coastal Live Oak.
