You know your are playing in the big leagues when you need a forklift or crane to attach the rigging to the REAL crane.

And pre-game is in creating the bend, setting the eye and closing that giant socket. How on earth they do any braiding is beyond me.

You just tell the guys they cant do it but if they do you'll by the beer. Then walk away and get prepared to spend money on beer

I know, nearby were 2 wire rope manufacturers. I've seen the equipment, but not in use with tours around. There are local rigging suppliers too, but never anything this big.
