That is an early 2000s Toyota Camry. The engine in it weighs ~265 lbs/120 kg. Stripped of the manifolds, balancer, and most accessories, it's still over 200 lbs/90 kg. I hope this gentleman has a good chiropractor.

He has a good pair of shoes, he just doesn't want to wreck them while working on cars.

Amazing skills, I guess nobody told him he couldn't so he does.

Many many years ago the boffins at The Royal Aircraft Establishment in Farnborough England, after having studied a lot of bumble bees, declared that according to all of the flight parameters normally required, that a bumble bee cannot fly, but of course it doesn't know that so flies anyway.

I used to do stupid stuff like that, ended up having my first back surgery at 29 yrs old. I wish I hadn't been so stubborn and impatient when I was young.

It's an alloy engine, so comparatively light weight, I changed Ford cast iron 'Kent' and 'Pinto' engines using a rope across my shoulders by standing up from a crouch whilst standing on the strut tops 40 years ago, not something I'd try now!

I could probably still pick up and move a long block, though accessory stripped 3L v6 Aluminum ford engine from the floor and sit it on a table, But I don't for a couple of reasons. First my knees would kill me for several days afterwards, 2 I have a hoist to do it for me.
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products

Well, now that I know how it's done, I might have to go down the street and "borrow" my neighbor's Hellcat engine for my Wrangler...

For topical application, only. Not to be taken internally or used in com-
bination with other drugs or alcohol, except as directed by your shaman.
Do not operate heavy equipment, unless you actually know how to.
