A chopper pilot's 2nd worst nightmare, having to take off in a crowd his first worst nightmare is having to auto gyrate a landing due to a mechanical failure.
There are other nightmares but at least there is a chance of not injuring anyone in these 2

I would say a pilot's worst nightmare is having to fly a Robinson helicopter and hanging onto its skids is way beyond stupid.
