First off I would like to know whose military that is, because the soldiers are wearing plain OD fatigues that uniform of choice went out of style for many countries decades ago. It they were US military Where was their 63F30 Recovery specialist You can't let just any hawnyak operate a recovery unit.
I think these people should watch Heavy Metal. It’s a show about tow trucks hauling semi’s on Highway 401 in Canada. They upright trucks , haul them from ditches , and other wrecks in all sorts of weather. Great education.
The truck looks a lot like an old Soviet personnel carrier and there's a quick view of a palm tree in the background. I'm guessing this was in Cuba. Their military uniforms were mostly olive drab for quite a while because of the guy with the cigar until the change in management a few years ago.
Yeah, you gotta watch out for those hawnyaks. Whatever they are.
