Hello. My homemade milling equipment for lathes. This indexing head. It has a disk with a scale of 360 degrees.

Lathe chuck diameter of 100mm. With this equipment I can cut spline grooves or slots on the shaft. Later I will show video how it works.

If the metal is cut evenly, then welding it does not deform.Quote:
