I used to use a mister by Koolmist a big name brand in misters.

This worked well at misting coolant and that was the problem. The workshop filled with mist. Not good to breath and not what you want settling on everything in the shop. Then I saw the Fogbuster which is designed NOT to mist. I liked that idea better and made my own version. The idea is that you still mix coolant and air but designed so that you get droplets not mist.
It is much better. I can't find the photos of my effort but here is a pic from the Fogbuster patent.

The chap in the video didn't arrive at the best solution for his coolant reservoir. I used a container made for a water filter, it is clear so the fluid level can be seen and they are built to withstand mains water pressure with a good safety margin, they also have two connection ports.

One thing that I liked in the video was the use of off the shelf flow controls. I made my own because I was unaware of suitable ones to buy.
