the fuse was almost as large as the charge or the wadding /projectile.
the video would have been more convincing had they not stopped and reset the camera right at the time of the shot

I'm betting that there were 2 tries on that video, the first one the guy forgot to put in the "ammo" and the mashed match head simply burned off and smoked.

That was how it appeared to me as well paper wading would hardly carry enough kinetic energy or be substantial enough penetrate one side effectively let alone pass all the way through. a .22 caliber steel BB on the other hand can kill small game, providing there is sufficient powder in his charge
